Led by Alain, an experienced yoga instructor, these group classes welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each one-hour session combines:

• Breathing exercises to ground calm and focus
• Movements (asanas) adapted to your level
• Fluid sequences to gently awaken the body
• Music and sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, koshis, and traditional instruments to promote relaxation and connection

Yoga mats are provided on site.
